Very easy to make even as a late night snack with some dips. It’s so versatile as well 🙂

Love these flatbreads, I have tried many recipes and this is my go to now, thank-you!

This makes beautiful flatbreads but also bread rolls. I split the risen dough into balls of twelve, place into a deep baking tin then leave to prove again then cook them for lunch!

Hi Alan, I’m not sure what you mean – it doesn’t have baking powder or soda in it.

I won’t be making this again.

Perfection! Been trying to reproduce a bread at a nearby restaurant and this was even better. Made for guests last Saturday and now making a double batch for guests tonight

They are light, soft and tasty. We’ve had them with your gyros and as a naan substitute with several of your curries.

A major plus is they freeze really well – perfect when there is only the two of us. They always return to their soft texture even after weeks in the freezer. I just pop them in the top oven to warm through just before serving up.

You are our first port of call when deciding our weekly menu. Tonight its chicken shwarma with said flatbreads. Thanks, Nicky 🤩

Hi Sarah, I haven’t tried storing the dough, but I think it will be ok overnight in the fridge in an airtight container. You will probably need to bring it up to room temperature before rolling and cooking.
