Really enjoyed this and it was simple to make. It could definitely take a bit more pasta as there was plenty of sauce.

Another fab recipe, thank you Nicky, most of our meals are yours, love how you lay out your recipes with ingredients and quantities at each step, love that most of the ingredients are store cupboard items, even my fussy 19 year old eats your food!

Got the email with this recipe today and made it tonight… delicious.

Would make again and again.
Best thing about it is the ingredients are things that we(most people) always have in the house so it’s a handy recipe to have for those don’t know what to have nights.
