So easy & so delicious! I used 1/4 tsp dried ginger in place of fresh & apple cider vinegar instead of malt vinegar based on what I had. I also used about 1/4 yellow & 1/4 red pepper and 1 carrot cut into thinly sliced chunks. I served with boiled rice. It was amazing, like restaurant quality & I don’t normally bother leaving reviews but this was too good to not let others know!!

I see you mention that the pineapples to use are the ones in juice, but do we have to use the juice in the sauce as well?

Hi.
I used to love the old format of your recipes.
Easy to follow, and straightforward.
Now, the recipes and videos are a little confusing at times.
One of the reasons I don’t follow American recipes is because they go on and on, before getting to the recipes and method.
You have to keep scrolling and scrolling before you finally reach the recipe.
You’re going the same way.

This was so good. There is little fuss with dipping the chicken pieces into flour, egg etc. And even better, there’s no frying. Chicken had a nice crunch. I served chicken and vegetables with the sauce separately because I thought the chicken might go soggy. Family loved it. Easy and relatively quick to prepare. Thank you!
