Hi, s per below, if using dried, see notes, but nothing there, I guess you do need to alter something, if doing so?

Just an FYI on the Ingredients list under vermicelli noodles it says “see notes if using dried” but there is no mention of this in notes. Perhaps an update is required 🙂

Thanks for the recommendation for an authentic brand of laksa paste, I had tried making laksa before (with supermarket own brand paste) with disappointing results. Following your recipe and buying a better paste certainly helped. Definitely adding this one to our recipe rotation. Thank you.

Hi Nikki – plucked up the courage to make this dish this evening. I must say well worth the making. So simple to do. My wife not a fan of Thai cuisine but loved this one – also don’t serve this without the crispy onions – wow they add the finishing touch – thanks for this one – 5 Stars from us.
