Just made this chicken ramen. Added dried shiitake mushrooms to the broth and enoki mushrooms to the toppings. Absolutely delish! Just shared it with 3 others. Definitely on the menu rotation now!

I just made this and WOW it was outstanding! The broth was full of flavor. I boiled the chicken with some Better Than Bouillon chicken stock and it was incredible. I didn’t have Rice Wine on hand but I used Rice Vinegar and some White Wine and it was perfect!!

I highly recommend this recipe!

Great, easy recipe! I made a few modifications based on what I had on hand. I didn’t grocery shop for this. I used dried ginger, beef bone broth and added some greens that I grow. It was quick, easy and delicious !!

SO GOOD! I will definitely make this again and again! I didn’t have the rice wine or dark soy sauce so used mirin and oyster sauce. I am so glad I found this recipe!

Really easy but so flavorful! I used some leftover rotisserie chicken and fresh ramen noodles, and added baby bok choy and snap peas. The flavor of the broth was outstanding.
I’m excited to try more of your recipes!
