This recipe is soo good and easy to follow! It’s not too spicy so even my kids love eating it! This is one of my go to meals. I love adding finely cut red pepper and zucchini to it as well!

I’ve made this curry about 5 times now and it’s the best I’ve ever made.
You do easy to follow recipes which is great 🙂

Had guests over that wanted to try curry but don’t like spicy. This recipe was perfect. They gave it 10/10. I added some chili to my own plate and that gave it the flavor I liked so we were all happy.

In reply to Laura Harvey. Hi Laura, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the curry. I'm shocked that it turned out bland for you. That can sometimes happen if the spices are old or out of date or if more liquid was added. Could that be the case?

This curry was easy to make, but not very flavorful. Despite all the spices, it turned out bland compared to curry that we’ve had in restaurants.

Where it says “tomato paste puree for US” what does the US stand for? Is it for the states? Lol, I’m just not sure.
And I have to say, under each step of the recipe you have the measurements listed for quick reference, which I wholeheartedly appreciate. Going back and forth for measurements is daunting, unless you’re super organized or Martha Stewart and pre measure all your ingredients first. Haha
I’m going to make this tonight, so I will leave a review afterward and rate. Thanks!

This chicken curry is delicious and so easy. Even my children loved it. I didn’t have coconut milk so I substituted with an extra 200ml of stock (I used beef stock as I also didn’t have chicken stock!), and 200ml of sour cream. It was delicious.
I’ll definitely be making this again!
