I made this today. Was absolutely yummy. My the fussy kids loved it too. I added cauliflower to it along with the chicken (my kids who never eat cauliflower ate it thinking it was the soft bits from inside the sweetcorn). Will try with mushrooms and peas next time. Served with garlic bread.

A family favourite! I use left over roast chicken and it tastes really hearty. I don’t scrimp on the white pepper as this gives the broth a kick
