Needed something that would still taste good hopefully in 12 hrs for work. I had lots of chicken and needed something simple to cook. Thankfully I also had canned pineapple. Incredibly happy this did not disappoint. Cooking it was simple and thankfully was to my taste. Microwaved it 12 hrs later for work and still tasted amazing. Chicken stayed tender and was not dry. Only thing is I should have cooked it longer to make the sauce even thicker. If you like orange chicken you’ll probably like this.

Cooked this evening and it went down an absolute treat! So, so tasty, this will become a regular in our household. I used half and half olive oil and chilli oil, which gave it perfect heat in my opinion. I also added long stem broccoli as suggested by Nicki. Brilliant recipe, thanks.

Loved this recipe, so easy to prep & turned out just like the pic.
Going to try this using pork next time, but overall recipe was so tasty. And the leftovers were just as good next day!

This was a winner! To make it spicy I used habanero infused olive oil instead of regular oil. It was amazing!
