This is pretty close to my recipe. I never thought about using ginger. I also put in a little cold brew coffee. It really helps bring out the richness of the chocolate.

Hi Meg, I think mixed herbs might be a UK thing, but it’s usually a mixture of dried Thyme, Marjoram, Parsley, Oregano, Sage and Basil.

Everyone loved this although I did leave out almost all the actual chilli to give it more kid-appeal. 🙂 Still delicious and the nachos made it a real treat.
