Thank you! These were a hit last time I had people over for dinner. I did add half a diced yellow onion softened in the ghee to the filling, but the textures of the filling and of the dough- so crispy!- were excellent.

I made these using filo pastry and everyone loved them. Definitely going to try with samosa dough when I have a little more time.

Hi Joanne, I usually use Fresno or Serrano, but jalapeño would work too.
